Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
• Australia: 4–7 business days
• USA: 6–12 business days
• UK: 9–12 business days
• Canada: 7–12 business days
• New Zealand: 7–14 business days
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally via Australia Post, USPS, and Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order quantity.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the number of items ordered. The more you order, the better value your shipping cost becomes per pair.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my socks?
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on worn items. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item prior to wearing, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact us at accounts@glida.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Claims for damaged packaging or goods must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Please email us with photo evidence of the original packaging and item at accounts@glida.com.au and we'll make it right.

Product & Sizing

What sizes do you offer?
Our socks come in two sizes:
• M — fits EU 35–42 (approximately AU/US Women's 5–11, Men's 4–9)
• L — fits EU 41–46 (approximately AU/US Women's 10–14, Men's 8–12)
When in doubt between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What material are the socks made from?
Our socks are crafted from a premium cotton blend with a plush terry interior for softness and breathability. Designed for everyday wear with lasting durability.

Will the socks shrink after washing?
Our socks are pre-washed and designed to retain their shape. We recommend machine washing cold and tumble drying on low to maintain their softness and fit.

How do I care for my GLIDA socks?
• Machine wash cold (gentle cycle)
• Tumble dry low
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron directly on print or embellishments
Proper care will extend the life of your socks significantly.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us at info@glida.com.au as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

I entered the wrong shipping address — what do I do?
Contact us immediately at info@glida.com.au. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
